That is one of my favorite quotes! And Tony Robbins is someone I truly look up to. Why? Because he is all about gratitude, positivity and self-care…just like me!

We all want to live a brilliant, happy life, complete with rose-tinted glasses and an obnoxiously massive smile on your face, right? Well as simple as it sounds, journaling every morning can help you achieve that. Seriously!

Writing down what you are grateful for and your daily goals, every morning helps you find joy & purpose every single day. All you need are five minutes in the morning, to answer three simple questions, to change the outlook on your life. Yes, it’s possible!

The three question to ask yourself are:

I am grateful for…
What would make today great?
Your daily affirmations….
