Here are three killer workouts that will get your butt in shape and you feeling hot.It is important to always switch up your routines otherwise your body will adapt to one work out.

2. SoulCycle– This is a butt-kicking 45 minute cycling class that is unlike anything you have ever experienced. They take working out to a whole new level by incorporating cardio fat-burning cycling, core work and hand weights to tone your upper body. The best part of all is while you are getting a full body workout you’re jamming to the hottest “pump-up” music and the teacher turns into a motivational speaker. You will enter the class feeling one way and leave the class with a clear mind full of positivity. Imagine this- a dance class on a bike while listening to motivational speaker with killer music in the background. AWESOME right!

3. Circuit Works- This hour long circuit training rotates through a series of stations combining aerobic and resistance exercises. Starting on the treadmill you sprint for two minutes and then spend two minutes at a station which incorporates free weights, resistance bands, weight machines and body weight exercises. The class has no more than 20 people which makes you feel like you have a personal trainer. These trainers must have gone to a motivational school but they will encourage you to sprint faster than you have ever sprinted before. You will fee like Forest Gump just running! I promise, you will walk out of this workout looking like you just had a swim in your gym clothes but feeling AWESOME!
